• We will take details of your problem and ask a few questions about what you’ve tried so far
• Then we’ll arrange a mutally convenient time to come and visit you at your home or office
• Appointment times are available Mon-Fri 8:00am – 8:00pm as well as some limited times on Saturdays and Sundays*
• An email will be sent to confirm your appointment time and provide you with our contact details
• Your dialageek will arrive at your home or office within 1 hour of your appointment time an initially asses the situation.
• Where the problem can be fixed immediately on site inside 1 hour the repair will be caried out.
• In the event that the repair is likely to take in excess of 1 hour and or the repair requires replacement parts you will be advised of the estimate cost and asked if you wish to proceed.
• In the event that replacement parts are not immediately available, or a repair would be more efficient if done offsite, then with your permission the fault item will be taken away to be repaired and returned to you at a mutually agreeable time
• Once the visit has been completed then you will be provided with an invoice and you can make payment either by Cash or Credit Card. Payment is expected in full at the end of the visit
